Disclosing Data to A Third Party

Destruction of personal information

Paper records containing personal information will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored in electronic files will be destroyed using a method that cannot be technically restored.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”)
CalOPPA requires a person or company in the United States that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from individual consumers residing in California to post a conspicuous privacy policy stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared and to comply with this policy. Special Note for EU Individuals
The information we collect through the Website is controlled by Hicare.net Inc., which is headquartered in the United States at 10 Corporate Park, #335 Irvine, CA 92606. We also act as a service provider (or data processor) on behalf of and in accordance with our customer’s instructions. Hicare generally maintains servers and systems in the United States hosted by third-party service providers.
